Main Street Recovery Program offers grants to veteran-owned small businesses

The Main Street Recovery Program, administered by the Louisiana Department of the Treasury, is a grant authorizing $40 million in aid to be distributed to women, minority and veteran-owned small businesses in Louisiana. Applications will open on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at https://www.louisianamainstreet.com/.

During the first 21 days, the grant will focus on businesses that have not received any federal grants such as from the Paycheck Protection Program or received business interruption insurance. These businesses can receive up to $15,000. After the first 21 days, the program will open up to the remaining veteran-owned small businesses.
