Do you want to serve Louisiana’s student veterans? YOU could be a campus Navigator through the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs’ LaVetCorps program!
As a LaVetCorps Navigator, you would:
provide a safe and welcoming space for student veterans;
provide referrals for Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs services and other military service organizations;
promote suicide prevention among student veterans; and
serve as an advocate for student veterans with faculty, staff and campus life.
For your service, you would receive an annual stipend of $10,494. An application is available at www.nationalservice.gov/programs/americorps/join-americorps.
